REBATES

Medicare offers rebates for 10 sessions per year with a Mental Health Care plan. The rebate as of 1st Jan 2024 is $93.35 per session.

For your session to be eligible for a Medicare rebate, it's necessary to speak to a doctor / paediatrician and have a Mental Health Plan completed. This plan must be dated prior to your appointment. Please bring a copy of this Mental Health Plan and Medicare details to your first session, which will enable us to handle the rebate processing.

Many private health insurers also provide rebates. Rebates depend on your insurer and policy. Please note you can only claim through either Medicare or your private health fund for any one appointment. We advise you to contact your health fund and ask what rebates you are entitled to.
