Individual Therapy (CBT & Mindfulness)

I provide a warm, open and flexible space for adolescents (14+) and adults to explore their challenges.

I specialise in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness-based therapies to help you understand yourself more deeply. My approach focuses on building self-compassion, cultivating gratitude, and developing practical strategies to manage stress and emotions.

I’m a devoted advocate for my clients and offer personalised treatment plans that respect the unique journey of each individual and family.

EMDR Therapy

Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a structured therapy that helps your brain re-process distressing memories so they feel less intense and less “present.”

 

In sessions, we bring specific memories or sensations to mind while using bilateral stimulation (such as guided eye movements or tapping), which supports the nervous system to process what happened.

 

EMDR is often helpful for single-incident and childhood trauma, anxiety, accidents, medical procedures and other experiences where you feel stuck in old patterns of fear or threat.

Fees & Rebates

2025 Fee Structure

  • Initial Consultation (90 mins): $260

  • Standard Consultation (55 mins): $215 

  • EMDR session (90 min): $260

  • EMDR session (120 min): $300

Australian Medicare Rebates (as of 2025):

With a valid Mental Health Care Plan from your GP or Paediatrician, you are eligible for a rebate of $98.95 per session (up to 10 sessions per calendar year). Please bring your referral to your first appointment so we can process this for you.

Private Health

If you are not using Medicare in Australia, you may be able to claim a rebate through your private health insurer depending on your level of cover. (Please note: You cannot claim both Medicare and Private Health for the same session).
